examples of my work in Design and Construction Management.
I have over 30 years experience in Residential
Architecture and Construction Management with
more than 150 completed projects in the Los Angeles area – New
Homes, Remodels and Additions - each one a unique expression
of my client’s requirements. I specialize in difficult
lots where creative design and cost control are essential.
The homes you’ll see were built at a cost of $100
to $200/sq.ft. I am committed to achieve the lowest possible
cost and return the highest value. Many of my homes have
been built with investors who have realized average annualized
returns of 25%. My homes have been featured in Films
such as Safe House (1998) with Patrick
Stewart and Commercials such as Pirelli Tires for Director
Ridley Scott.
I
create a relationship of candor and trust with my clients. Our work begins
with communication
focused on the client’s needs, ideas and budget.
I enthusiastically create residential architecture
in a variety of styles.
My method is to build a home as a team effort, where communication
and
accountability bring out the best in everyone and results in a home my
